FIRST Robotics

PURPOSE

The purpose of the RoboSapiens is to promote mathematics, science, technology, and engineering in our school and our community.

All the students involved in the RoboSapiens are interested in the various life cycle components needed to create the robot.

The hands-on experience is a great opportunity for our students to learn how to plan, design, fund, create, program, test, and safely use safe tools in a workshop.

This process also will provide the opportunity to learn which field - business, graphic design, software programming, mechanical or electrical engineering - would be of most interest to the student.
